Job Summary
The AI Researcher & Advisor is responsible for leveraging artificial intelligence to improve internal business processes, identify new business opportunities, and support the expansion of existing businesses. This role works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to translate AI capabilities into practical, business-driven insights and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate internal workflows using AI technologies
- Develop and implement AI-driven strategies across operations, finance, marketing, HR, and other business functions
- Conduct AI-assisted research and market analysis to support new business development and strategic initiatives
- Provide AI-powered insights and recommendations to executive leadership for strategic decision-making
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools such as LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT), RPA, and business intelligence platforms
- Establish best practices and governance for AI usage across the organization
- Educate and enable internal teams on effective and responsible use of AI
- Collaborate with external AI vendors, consultants, and development partners as needed
Qualification (Required):
- Experience in AI-driven initiatives, digital transformation, or data-informed strategy
- Strong understanding of business processes and operational efficiency
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and platforms
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualification (Preferred):
- Background in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or new business development
- Experience working in startup or growth-stage environments
- Basic understanding of data analytics, BI tools, or programming (e.g., Python, SQL)
- BA or equivalent advanced degree
- Bilingual (Korean, English)
