We’re expanding our research team following strong traction with leading corporations and investment firms.
We are seeking a Research Analyst to spearhead our Healthcare & Life Sciences Tech coverage. Reporting directly to the Director of Research, you’ll help shape our research roadmap and products, and produce compelling, data-driven insights for investors and corporate strategy and marketing teams.
Your main tasks
- Leverage the company’s proprietary datasets, business publications, financial filings, and other sources to produce insightful company and market reports across digital health, health tech, biotech, pharma, med devices, and life sciences tech for investment funds and corporate clients
- Clearly and effectively communicate actionable insights to clients and prospects through calls, webinars, and events
- Develop forward-looking analyses across key healthcare and life science themes
- Manage and fulfill incoming requests for data and research from customers and prospects
- Conduct deep company and market research to uncover industry dynamics, key growth drivers, and demand shifts within Healthcare & Life Sciences Tech
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and innovators shaping the future of healthcare and life sciences
- Support go-to-market strategy and planning for new research initiatives and products
- Contribute thought leadership by creating high-impact content for our newsletter and client communications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years professional experience in data-driven equity research, financial analysis, market research, and/or consulting roles
- In-depth knowledge of key Healthcare & Life Science sectors, including Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, Healthcare Services, Manage Care, Life Sciences, Tools, Digital Health, Health Tech, and emerging fields
- Long-form and short-form writing expertise required - you must be able to synthesize data and complex concepts into digestible, forward looking insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills - you should feel comfortable talking to investors and strategy clients as an authority on Enterprise Tech
- Proficiency in SQL and managing/analyzing large data sets
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Product management experience and demonstrated sense of ownership
