Position Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to support enterprise Human Resources Technology Services (HRTS) initiatives. This role focuses on applying Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Automation to modernize HR platforms, enhance analytics, and improve workforce decision-making.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Python-based AI/ML development, experience working with enterprise HR systems (Oracle and SAP), and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into actionable business outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role partnering with HR leaders, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess existing HR Technology Services (HRTS) applications and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and analytics enhancements
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms to support HR use cases such as recruitment, engagement, performance, and workforce analytics
Recommend and implement system enhancements, including integrations, software upgrades, and process improvements
Develop and maintain technical and project documentation, including solution designs, project plans, timelines, and status reports
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI best practices, scalability, and governance
Required Skills / Education:Technical Skills:
3–5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced software development
Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML model development and deployment
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, analytics, and automation solutions
Experience working with enterprise HR or ERP systems, including:
Oracle Forms & Reports
SAP ERP
Working knowledge of Java, WebSphere, Tomcat, and GitHub
Experience integrating AI solutions into existing enterprise platforms
Professional Skills:
Proven ability to assess complex systems and recommend scalable solutions
Strong technical documentation and presentation skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments
Leadership mindset with the ability to influence and guide technical direction
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Candidates without a relevant degree must have an additional 4 years of equivalent professional experience
