The Role
• Evaluate and evolve tracking and data fusion algorithms and system designs.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Design and conduct studies for algorithmic proof-of-concept and develop system design recommendations.
• Develop and present comprehensive analysis packages and briefings to stakeholders.
• Incorporate information from multiple, disparate sources to create robust tracking and fusion capabilities.
• Ensure optimal performance in adversarial environments by leveraging the strengths of various sensors.
What You'll Need
• BS in Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and evaluating tracking and data fusion algorithms and systems.
• Expertise in data association, state estimation, Kalman filtering, track-level fusion, and sensor information characterization.
• Proficiency in modeling, simulation, and data analysis using MATLAB, Python, or similar languages.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting technical information.
• Active Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
