About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team in Palo Alto. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize AI systems—including neural networks, NLP pipelines, and data processing workflows. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to identify patterns in large datasets and deliver intelligent, scalable solutions that support AIDA’s vision of transforming revenue team operations.
What You’ll Do- Design and refine AI and machine learning models, including neural networks
- Implement and optimize NLP techniques for language understanding and workflow automation
- Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to integrate AI capabilities into the platform
- Contribute to full-cycle software development and help drive architectural decisions
- Ensure AI systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with customer needs and business goals
Qualifications- Strong proficiency in pattern recognition and extracting insights from large datasets
- Solid foundation in computer science principles and software development practices
- Expertise in neural networks, algorithm design, and modern ML techniques
- Experience working with NLP tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
