WHAT YOU WILL DO
The AI Product Manager is responsible for executing roadmap priorities and delivery for assigned of AI products and experiences. This role manages execution of the product lifecycle for one or more AI products or use cases to convert business needs into product requirements and delivery plans to ensure adoption and operational success. This role translates business needs into product requirements and delivery plans, ensuring measurable outcomes, strong adoption, and safe, compliant operations. The AI PM operates at the intersection of business, technology, and governance partnering cross-functionally with architecture, engineering, data, UX, and risk teams delivering production-grade AI products (including GenAI, agents, and ML-driven solutions).
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Product Ownership & Delivery
Manages execution of product lifecycle including PRDs, backlog management, sprints, and releases.
Translate business requirements into clear product specifications (PRDs), user stories, and success metrics
Manage prioritized backlog and sprint execution in partnership with engineering
Drive release planning, stakeholder demos, and rollout readiness.
2. Product Strategy & Roadmap
Support development of AI product vision, prioritize use cases, and execute against roadmap priorities aligned to business value.
Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases (e.g., GenAI copilots, intelligent automation, decisioning).
Contribute to multi-quarter product roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies, and success measures.
Balance innovation (new capabilities) with operational scale (stability, efficiency, cost control).
3. AI / GenAI Product Execution
Define AI solution scope in collaboration with Architects (RAG patterns, agents, model selection)
Apply guardrails, evaluation metrics, and release criteria for AI products
Ensure product quality through measurable KPIs such as task success, grounded response rates, and adoption metrics
Continuously optimize product performance using telemetry, feedback loops, and experimentation
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Engineering, Data, UX, Governance, and Business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
Coordinate with Legal, Security, Compliance, and Risk for responsible AI implementation
Serve as a key point of coordination for assigned product initiatives.
5. Adoption & Change Management
Manage go-to-market, enablement, and change management for assigned products.
Manage user adoption through UX improvements, training, and communication
Track and report product performance and adoption metrics (usage, adoption, task success, and operational effectiveness).
6. Governance & Responsible AI
Operate within established AI governance, privacy, and Responsible AI requirements
Apply Responsible AI practices (fairness, explainability, auditability) throughout product development and release processes.
Participate in governance reviews and release gates.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Minimum 5-7 years’ progressive product management experience with focus in enterprise software, data products, or platforms.
Experience working on AI/ML, GenAI, or advanced analytics products.
Automotive or financial services industries preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field (Business, CS, Data Science) a plus.
Demonstrated ability to support delivery of complex, cross-functional products in enterprise environments.
Strong experience with product frameworks (PRDs, backlog, OKRs, KPIs, Agile delivery).
Hands-on experience with GenAI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, prompt systems, or agents.
Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle (model evaluation, deployment, and monitoring).
Experience working in regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, etc.).
Exposure to cloud AI ecosystems (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI).
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication, including presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with cross functional departments.
Strong orientation toward results coupled with reputation for integrity, creativity and good judgment.
Ability to question existing practices and recommend improvements when appropriate.
