Senior Generative AI / Machine Learning Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Generative AI / Machine Learning Engineer to join a collaborative team of data scientists and software engineers. This role focuses on designing, building, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, orchestrate, and deploy Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions into production.
- Support, monitor, and optimize AI/ML models in business-critical applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in release planning, deployment coordination, and production support.
- Implement solutions with a strong focus on governance, risk management, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
Required Skills:
- Experience implementing production solutions using Generative AI and LLMs.
- Strong expertise in machine learning solution design, development, orchestration, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with:
- GPT-5.x and related LLM technologies
- LangChain
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- RAGAS
- Experience supporting AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Financial Services industry experience.
- Azure AI Search, Azure AI Agent Service, Azure Document Intelligence, Azure Content Safety.
- Microsoft Agent Framework, Microsoft Foundry.
- Redis, Elasticsearch, ChromaDB, LangGraph.
- Arize, DeepEval.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
