Senior AI/ML Engineer – Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior AI/ML Engineer with 13+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, Generative AI, MLOps, and cloud technologies, with a proven track record of delivering scalable AI solutions in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML models and applications.
- Build and optimize machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision solutions.
- Develop Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) based applications.
- Implement and manage MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, and ethical AI standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Conduct research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
- Contribute to AI strategy, architecture, and innovation initiatives.

- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
- Experience leading AI initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
