We are seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer with strong software engineering and AI expertise to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions. The role involves developing AI workflows, copilots, automations, and RAG-based applications using LLM technologies while collaborating closely with business, product, and engineering teams.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Build and deploy scalable AI/ML applications in enterprise environments
- Develop AI workflows, copilots, agentic systems, and automation solutions
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines and AI orchestration frameworks
- Integrate AI solutions with platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and APIs
- Work across engineering, business, security, and governance teams
- Own solutions from prototype to production deployment
Required Skills
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong Python development skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI
- Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, or AI agent frameworks
- Experience building RAG applications and AI copilots
- Exposure to financial services or regulated environments
- Knowledge of enterprise security and governance frameworks
