This role is for a Senior AI Engineer who can build practical AI solutions using existing Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms. The focus is not on training AI models, but on creating AI-powered applications, agents, copilots, and workflow automation solutions that solve real business problems.
The ideal candidate should be able to connect AI with enterprise systems, automate document processing, build AI agents, and create intelligent workflows that improve efficiency for business teams.
Someone who has already built and deployed AI-powered applications in production, understands how to orchestrate multiple AI agents, integrate AI with enterprise systems, and can independently lead AI initiatives from design through deployment.
Looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong Python expertise and hands-on experience building AI agents, RAG solutions, and enterprise AI applications using OpenAI/Azure OpenAI or similar LLM platforms. Candidate should have experience with LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and deploying production-grade AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
What the candidate will do:
- Build AI agents and AI-powered workflows using existing LLM platforms.
- Develop document ingestion and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Create AI copilots, assistants, and workflow automation tools.
- Design systems where AI can interact with databases, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Use frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Build Python-based APIs and backend services.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Implement guardrails, prompt engineering, evaluation, and governance controls.
- Measure business outcomes such as productivity improvements and cost savings.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5-8+ years of Software Engineering or AI Engineering experience
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience building AI Agents / Agentic Workflows
- Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
- Document ingestion and unstructured data processing
- Prompt Engineering and AI Guardrails
- API development and system integration
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience building production-grade AI applications
