Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Scientist / ML Specialist to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role involves working with large-scale data, developing machine learning models, and optimizing them for performance and scalability in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract meaningful insights.
- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics.
- Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Optimize ML models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate data into solutions.
- Design and implement data pipelines and workflows.
- Validate models using statistical techniques and performance metrics.
- Communicate findings through dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, and SQL.
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, visualization, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with big data tools and distributed computing is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML deployment.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
