AI Agent Implementation Consultant (Microsoft Ecosystem)
Role Summary
TEKLEIGH is seeking an AI Agent Implementation Consultant to join our consulting team and help our clients translate AI ambition into real, measurable outcomes.
In this role, you will design, implement, deploy, and continuously improve AI agents built within Microsoft’s AI and productivity ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure OpenAI), without requiring custom software development or changes to client technology stacks.
This is a client‑facing consulting role that requires more than technical know‑how. You will represent TEKLEIGH as a trusted partner — bringing professionalism, sound judgment, and a strong business perspective to every engagement. The quality of your work and your presence with clients will directly contribute to TEKLEIGH’s ability to expand and deepen our client relationships.
What You Will Do
Client Partnership & Consulting Excellence
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, from team leads to executives
- Listen deeply to business challenges and translate them into practical, AI‑enabled solutions
- Set clear expectations around AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible use
- Represent TEKLEIGH with professionalism, clarity, and confidence in all client interactions
- Contribute to long‑term client success, not just point solutions
AI Agent Design & Implementation (No‑Dev Focus)
- Design AI agents that align to real business processes and user needs
- Implement agents using Microsoft tools such as:
- Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Power Automate
- Power Platform capabilities (low‑code configuration)
- Azure OpenAI services (configuration and orchestration, not custom code)
- Define agent prompts, behaviors, workflows, and guardrails
- Ensure solutions remain business‑owned and maintainable without relying on client development teams
Deployment, Governance & Trust
- Deploy AI agents in enterprise environments with appropriate controls
- Apply responsible AI practices, including:
- Human‑in‑the‑loop patterns
- Explainability and transparency
- Data sensitivity awareness
- Partner respectfully with client IT, security, and compliance teams where needed
- Monitor and refine agents to ensure reliable and trusted performance
Adoption, Enablement & Continuous Improvement
- Help clients adopt AI agents effectively through:
- Clear documentation
- Hands‑on enablement
- Practical usage guidance
- Iterate on agents based on real user feedback
- Take ownership of solution quality from initial concept through sustained use
Team Impact & Firm Growth
- Collaborate closely with other TEKLEIGH consultants as part of a high‑performing team
- Share patterns, lessons learned, and reusable approaches across engagements
- Contribute to TEKLEIGH’s reputation for high‑quality delivery and thoughtful AI leadership
- Recognize that your work directly supports the growth and expansion of our AI consulting practice

Required Skills & Experience
Core Qualifications
- Experience implementing AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps where applicable)
- Azure OpenAI services (configuration and orchestration)
- Strong understanding of large language models, prompts, and agent behavior
- Ability to translate business needs into AI‑driven solutions
- Comfort working independently in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Consulting & Professional Skills
- Client‑first mindset with strong judgment and discretion
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- High personal standard for quality and professionalism
- Comfort representing TEKLEIGH as a visible advisor and partner

- Prior consulting experience (internal or external)
- Experience working with business leaders in operations, finance, HR, or customer experience

- Experience enabling “citizen developer” or business‑owned solutions
