Machine Learning Engineer - Applied LLMs
**4+ years' commercial AI/ML Engineering experience required - STRONG software engineering skillset.
We are currently partnered with a fast-growing heavily-funded AI startup who are revolutionizig Healthcare through cutting-edge Automation. Their product is used by 500,000 users and the business are backed by a host of Tier-1 VCs. This is an opportunity to build a product that has significant impact, both to large Healthcare firms, but also to consumers at the end of the line.
They are looking for Machine Learning Engineers who bridge the gap between Machine Learning and Software Engineering to help shape the future of AI-powered Healthcare automation.
You will be responsible for the design, build, and deployment of AI models to power the autonomous sales agent, and will develop and optimize LLM pipelines for real-time, personalized outreach. You'll also work closely with the product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into the platform and will lead prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and multi-agent architectures.
Key experience;
- 4+ Years' commercial exp. in AI / Machine Learning
- Experience building and shipping AI/ML models (e.g., LLMs, RAG pipelines, NLP applications)
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with vector databases and tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Strong problem-solving skills and a builder’s mindset
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
