AI Engineer Role (AI+ Python)

Must Have Tech Skills:
- Languages: Python, Go, TypeScript
- Cloud & Infra: AWS or GCP, Kubernetes
- APIs: REST, gRPC
- Distributed Systems: Event‑driven architectures, Kafka
Agentic AI & ML:
- Production experience with LLMs (commercial/open‑source)
- Agent orchestration, RAG, vector stores, evaluation tooling
- Strong schema, validation, and state‑management practices
AI‑Assisted Development:
- Fluency with AI‑assisted and agentic workflows for design, coding, testing, debugging
- Ability to maintain production‑grade reliability, security, and auditability
- Preferred: Experience with MCP and AI agents
Must‑Have:
- 5+ years software engineering experience, strong in Python.
- Meaningful production experience with LLMs or applied ML systems
- Proven ability to ship AI‑powered or agentic systems used by real customers
- Strong fundamentals across backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, cloud infra
- Hands‑on experience with modern LLM tooling and agentic architectures
- Strong ownership, technical judgment, and comfort with ambiguity
- Product‑oriented mindset with customer focus
