Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Generative AI Engineer based in Phoenix, AZ. The Generative AI Engineer will be responsible for researching, designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art generative AI models. Day-to-day tasks include implementing machine learning algorithms, fine-tuning generative models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, optimizing AI workflows, and staying updated on advancements in AI research. The role also involves building scalable solutions that meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools
- Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to design robust and efficient AI models
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in real-world settings is a plus
