We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence.
The Impact You’ll Make
In this role, you will own important work, tackle complex challenges, and use the latest AI tools and LLMs to solve real-world problems for our customers. You will:
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions that improve software functionality and drive AI-driven feature development, from prompt engineering to embedding optimization.
- Collaborate across AI, DevOps, and software engineering teams to ensure seamless model integration and productionize AI solutions.
- Debug, optimize, and assess AI-generated content for performance, bias, accuracy, and compliance to ensure scalable and reliable GenAI deployment.

Who You Are
- Experienced: You have at least 10 years of engineering experience, with 7+ years specifically developing AI/ML algorithms using frameworks like PyTorch, Keras, or TensorFlow.
- Technical Expert: You are proficient in Python, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines.
- Data Savvy: You have a proven ability to leverage proprietary data for fine-tuning, prompt orchestration, and monitoring, and are familiar with Big Data, SQL, and NoSQL.
- Adaptable: You are comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.
- Collaborative: You have strong communication skills and can work with colleagues from a variety of technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- Timezone Aligned: You are based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours, specifically providing overlap with our core hours of 10 am to 5 pm ET.
