We’re looking for a highly resourceful Researcher / Talent Sourcer to support talent acquisition efforts within the construction, banking and financial services, and manufacturing industry. 🏗️ Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify top talent across the construction sector (Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Engineers, Skilled Trades, Executives, etc.)
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, industry databases, Boolean searches, and alternative platforms
- Map target companies and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct detailed candidate research, including background insights and career trajectory analysis
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and market dynamics
- Track and report sourcing metrics, market trends, and competitive intelligence
- Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS and CRM systems
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, research, or recruitment (construction industry experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction roles, terminology, and market landscape
- Advanced Boolean search skills and experience leveraging sourcing tools
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms, extensions, and AI tools
- Investigator mindset — persistent, curious, and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously
