Mission
The Research & Insights Intern will be embedded within the Research & Insights team, supporting the execution of measurement studies and campaign reporting across Kargo's advertising solutions. This includes helping evaluate key performance indicators such as brand lift, attention, sales lift, foot traffic, and more outcomes based studies across channels like CTV, display, and mobile, with opportunities to explore measurement in emerging social environments.
This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to the research lifecycle, from feasibility and survey development through reporting, quality assurance, and early-stage analysis. Your work will help ensure the timely and accurate delivery of insights while allowing senior team members to focus on advanced analysis and strategic client needs.
The summer internship program runs for 10 weeks from June 3 to August 9. All internship positions are paid. This will be a full-time internship with up to 40 hours a week from Monday through Friday with the expectation of 4x in the office.
What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end research execution across multiple campaigns, including feasibility, vendor coordination, survey QA, and reporting
- Build, update, and quality-check client-facing reports, case studies, and templates to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist with analysis and interpretation of brand lift, attention, engagement, and foot traffic metrics
- Help synthesize cross-channel insights (e.g., CTV, display) into clear, actionable takeaways
- Collaborate closely with Research, Sales, and Client Success teams while learning applied media research and measurement best practices
