Our engineering team is responsible for uniquely poised to offer its services to build solutions to bring the delightful experience and intelligence in a far superior way which otherwise would not have been to manage and bring value to our customers. We help them make sense of that data, glean insights and run algorithms, so they can deliver delightful experiences in real-time, every time.
Building a robust fault tolerant and highly available system at very high scale while providing ease and convenience to disparate solutions and enterprise customer team is a key to our success. We use Big Data, Open source technologies and home grown solutions to develop various services for Adobe Solutions, Customers and Partners.
We support very large enterprise products to support their customers spread across geographies. This requires disparate data sources and ingestion mechanism. The data has to be made easily accessible at very low latency to support different scenarios and use cases. We are looking for dedicated individuals with extensive experience in developing low latency services at a significant level. The candidates would be leading our path to accomplish our vision.
What you will need to succeed
12 to 15 years of proven experience in technical program management, with a strong focus on advanced AI technologies and enterprise scale implementations
Strong technical literacy in software engineering, AI and ML systems and cloud infrastructure, with practical understanding of model deployment, scaling and integration into enterprise platforms.
Strong exposure to Generative AI and emerging agentic systems, including experience driving adoption of large language models, autonomous agents and AI powered applications from concept to production
3 to 4 years of people management experience with the ability to lead, mentor and grow high performing engineering and program teams
Outstanding skills in negotiation, influencing, and collaborator management, capable of aligning executive leadership and engineering teams around intricate AI initiatives
Proven ability to manage ambiguity and provide clear direction in dynamic, rapidly evolving technology landscapes
Experience managing global, cross functional programs and assignments within matrixed organizations
Familiarity with or experience working in startup or high growth environments, where new technologies and experimentation are central to success
Exceptional critical thinking combined with strong operational execution, ensuring alignment between long term AI strategy and near term deliverables
Excellent communication, presentation and executive presence skills to engage with senior leadership and diverse customer groups
Ability to act as a trusted partner to senior technology teams, coordinating initiatives in AI and advanced systems and driving complex programs to successful outcomes
