About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to lead AI/ML initiatives spanning statistical modeling, classical and modern AI techniques, and LLM-based architectures. The ideal candidate can bridge technical depth with business communication, working independently with multiple stakeholders in the Life Sciences domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI models across statistical, machine learning, and deep learning frameworks.
- Implement LLM-based applications including content summarization, generation, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Develop agentic architectures using LangChain or similar frameworks.
- Collaborate with Life Sciences / Pharma R&D stakeholders to solve data-driven problems.
- Translate complex data science methodologies into clear business insights for non-technical and senior client audiences.
- Manage deliverables across multiple projects independently, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science.
- Proficiency in classical AI, including statistical modeling, ML, deep learning, and optimization.
- Experience working with LLMs and agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, DSPy, etc.).
- Preferably experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical R&D data or workflows.
- Strong consulting and communication skills; able to present technical concepts to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.

- Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, scikit-learn, HuggingFace, LangChain, SQL, Azure / AWS AI services, Git, and MLOps tools.
