Today’s robotic perception stacks are bottlenecked by outdated camera systems. Cephia AI is developing a fundamentally new hardware/software stack that is purpose built for modern machine vision. They’re now turning their prototype into an MVP and are looking for someone who can help develop the software stack.
This is a unique opportunity to join as an early employee and build an SDK that supports multi-modal sensing (hyperspectral, polarization, NIR/FIR) and fast inference — with applications far beyond consumer-grade cameras or everyday video generation.

The role is Bay Area-based, on-site with flexibility, and comp between $120K–150K + equity.
