Senior Software Engineer — Product (On-site, San Francisco)

Comp: $160k–$220k base + 0.08–0.15% equity.

About the role

Help enterprise teams in a legacy, document-heavy domain automate high-stakes workflows with AI. The company recently announced a $25M Series A (covered by major tech/industry outlets) and is at multi–seven-figure ARR with meaningful penetration across large U.S. brokerages. You’ll sit with customers, ship production code, and fold field-proven customizations back into the core product. On-site 5 days/week in SF. H-1B transfers supported. 2 openings.

What You’ll Do

Own implementations end-to-end: scope requirements, map workflows, and deploy AI automations in production.
Build with users: prototype features alongside customer teams; integrate what works into the core platform.
Ship fast, iterate faster: tight loops from discovery → code → launch → refinement.
Raise the bar on reliability & compliance: document clearly; communicate trade-offs across technical/non-technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years post-grad in fast-moving engineering environments.
Strong coding proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
Clear, concise technical documentation and cross-team communication.
Comfort working directly with customers through evolving scopes and multiple iterations.
Willing to work on-site in San Francisco (5 days/week); open to relocating.
