Applied AI Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a talented Applied AI Engineer to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to building and deploying AI agents that automate marketing tasks, accelerate insights, and uphold the highest standards of data security and reliability. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful AI-driven solutions in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and APIs
Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) tool-calling and deployment
Proven track record of shipping automation solutions
Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with retrieval from documents, dashboards, and campaign data
Ability to create evaluation harnesses, monitoring, and guardrails

Nice To Have Skills

Experience with Co-pilot or similar AI assistant tools
Knowledge of Martech and data stacks integration
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Delivery, Martech, and Marketing leadership

Preferred Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
Demonstrated experience in AI/ML automation projects and deployments
Prior experience in marketing automation or related fields is a plus
