What the role entails

Developing and maintaining scalable AI/ML architectures and systems.
Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and compliance to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing and new products.
Evaluating tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality and performance of AI/ML systems.
Staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI/ML.

What's required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top university.
3-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The annual base salary range for this role is $185,000-$300,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or the comprehensive benefits package. Total compensation can range anywhere from $400,000 - $700,000+. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
