We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join a dynamic, cross-functional team focused on designing, developing, and deploying advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end AI initiatives, leveraging machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and agentic AI techniques to deliver scalable, production-ready applications. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define success metrics, evaluate model performance, and transform AI concepts into high-value solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions using LLMs, deep learning, agentic AI, and advanced statistical techniques.
- Independently define, scope, and solve business problems through data-driven AI approaches.
- Establish evaluation frameworks, conduct experimentation, benchmark models, and analyze performance to drive informed technical decisions.
- Build prototypes rapidly and evolve validated concepts into enterprise-grade applications, intelligent systems, automated workflows, and decision-support tools.
- Apply best practices in AI engineering, responsible AI, software development, and deployment processes.
- Communicate technical insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to technical standards, documentation, knowledge sharing, and team development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or data science with demonstrated success delivering scalable AI solutions.
- Strong expertise in:
- Machine learning, statistics, natural language processing, and large language models.
- Generative AI, agentic AI architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation methodologies.
- Designing, building, and deploying production AI applications and APIs.
- Python programming with a focus on clean, maintainable, and production-quality code.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern AI orchestration frameworks, agent-based systems, cloud AI platforms, and emerging AI communication protocols.
- Knowledge of classical machine learning, optimization techniques, causal inference, Bayesian methods, and other advanced analytical approaches.
- Proficiency in SQL, database design, vector databases, semantic search technologies, and cloud-native data ecosystems.
- Advanced degree or equivalent expertise demonstrated through industry projects, research, publications, or open-source contributions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
