As a Founding AI Engineer at Signalcore AI, you will build the core infrastructure to evaluate and monitor non-deterministic AI systems. You’ll work directly with experienced founders to define how enterprises measure AI performance in real-world workflows, turning messy outputs into actionable signals while designing a new category of enterprise software from first principles.

What You Will Do
- Design and build systems that generate reliable, comparable signals from non-deterministic AI behaviors and complex enterprise workflows.

- Define the standards for how global enterprises measure end-to-end task performance for hundreds of deployed AI agents and systems.
