About the Role
This is a rare founding GTM hire at an early-stage healthtech startup building a data-driven, personalized health concierge platform for individuals and corporate clients. You will be the first dedicated commercial person on the team — there is no playbook, no inherited pipeline, and no SDR to hand you leads. You will write the rules.
The company targets B2B buyers including employers, insurers, clinics, and corporate wellness decision-makers, primarily in German-speaking markets. This role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and product feedback — and is ideal for a technically fluent, self-directed seller who thrives in zero-to-one environments.
What You'll Do
Own the full commercial loop end-to-end: outbound prospecting, pipeline management, deal negotiation, and closing
Identify and close partnerships with employers, insurers, clinics, and corporate wellness buyers
Define and build the B2B go-to-market strategy from scratch — channels, messaging, pricing, packaging
Manage and grow the pipeline autonomously using modern sales tools and AI-first workflows
Negotiate contracts and pricing directly with founders and executive-level stakeholders
Feed structured market and customer signal back into product, pricing, and operations
Establish repeatable sales processes and lay the foundation for future GTM hires
What We're Looking For
Must-haves (dealbreakers):
Native German and fluent English — the majority of prospects are German-speaking; German proficiency is mandatory
2+ years closing complex B2B deals in the €10k–€500k+ range, with a proven track record; healthtech, corporate benefits, insurance, or premium SaaS backgrounds preferred
Full-time, on-site presence in Berlin (Mon–Fri); in-person work is non-negotiable
Eligible to work in Germany without visa sponsorship — no visa sponsorship available
Required skills & experience:
Hands-on proficiency with a modern sales tech stack: Attio, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, n8n, Lemlist, Notion, Linear and AI-first workflows
Proven ability to build and own end-to-end B2B pipeline (outbound, inbound, partnerships) with full autonomy
Experience negotiating pricing, packaging, and contracts with C-suite and founder-level buyers
Startup or early-stage GTM experience — founding seller, first AE, or equivalent operator in a founder-led environment
Demonstrated zero-to-one or early-stage experience: must have built or grown something from scratch, not just scaled within an established growth-stage company
Nice to have:
Background or genuine interest in healthtech, corporate benefits, or insurance
Experience translating customer feedback into product and operational improvements (voice of customer)
Data-driven selling with AI-first workflow experience
Compensation & Benefits
All-in OTE: €50,000–€60,000 per year
Founding team equity opportunity (early-stage startup)
