CTG is seeking to fill an AI Product Owner – Customer Experience & Financial Services position for our client.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to lead the delivery of innovative AI and Generative AI solutions that enhance customer experience within the financial services industry. This role will partner with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and UX teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver AI-powered capabilities using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern Agile methodologies.
The ideal candidate combines strong product ownership experience with technical knowledge of AI technologies and expertise in banking, credit cards, fraud detection, or customer engagement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own the AI product roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization.
- Translate business objectives into user stories and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered customer experience solutions.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive the implementation of LLM, RAG, and prompt engineering solutions.
- Define KPIs and measure product success using analytics and customer feedback.
- Manage project governance, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure AI solutions meet business goals, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience.
- Experience in financial services, banking, credit cards, or payments.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI development workflows.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or LangChain.
- Experience with Agile delivery using Scrum or SAFe.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with fraud detection or personalized customer marketing.
- Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience using data visualization tools.
- Proven success delivering enterprise AI or Generative AI initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Agile or Product Owner certifications are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55.00 to $65.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
