Overview
Groupe Solutions is an accelerant at the center of the Groupe. Made up of audience strategists, data scientists, and analytics practitioners, Groupe Solutions will partner with Groupe leaders to win or retain strategic accounts and serve as business owners of Groupe’s AI Platforms.
Responsibilities
Our Director, Applied AI Product will support the strategy, design, and execution of building the MRCL platform’s media data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding capabilities, as well as the platform’s broader user experience (including, as an example, nodal or canvas UI experiences and point & click UI integration with agentic patterns) to drive connected Groupe capabilities. This role focuses on delivering AI-powered experiences that enable agency teams to surface insights, drive campaign governance, monitor campaign performance, and visualize results - all within MRCL.
The ideal candidate combines deep product management expertise with strong fluency in data visualization, analytics, and reporting best practices. They understand how to work across organizational boundaries — partnering with engineering, data, media, and business intelligence teams globally — to build scalable reporting capabilities that unlock value for Groupe agencies and their clients.
As a leader in our MRCL team, this role will:
- Define and drive the product vision for media data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding
- capabilities within MRCL, ensuring they deliver actionable insights to agency practitioners
- and their clients.
- Drive MRCL user patterns for rich client-friendly user experience.
- Collaborate with engineering, data foundations, and platform architecture teams to build
- scalable, performant, and visually compelling analytics experiences.
- Partner with the Product Strategy team, enabling them to work alongside client teams to
- configure reporting and dashboarding solutions for specific client needs.
- Join and help grow a focused and performance-driven environment where data excellence
- fuels innovation in marketing and advertising AI.
- The Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap for media data visualization, reporting,
- and dashboarding capabilities — including real-time campaign dashboards, automated
- reporting pipelines, custom analytics views, and AI-powered insight generation.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of reporting and analytics features: discovery, design, build,
- launch, and iteration based on user feedback and data quality metrics.
- Work with media, analytics, and business intelligence teams across Groupe globally to
- understand reporting requirements, define data visualization standards, and drive adoption
- of platform analytics capabilities.
- Partner with engineering teams on analytics architecture decisions, ensuring data pipeline
- performance, visualization rendering scalability, and consistent user experience across
- dashboards and reports.
- Work with security, compliance, and governance teams to ensure reporting capabilities meet
- data privacy, access control, and data governance standards — particularly for dashboards
- surfacing client-sensitive media performance data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency media, analytics, and client service
- leads, serving as the primary product contact for reporting and dashboarding initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of building data
- Visualization, reporting, or analytics products.
- Direct experience designing or shipping dashboarding and reporting capabilities within a
- platform context — particularly products that surface media, advertising, or marketing
- performance data.
- Background in the marketing technology (MarTech) or advertising technology (AdTech) space,
- with deep familiarity in areas such as media measurement, campaign analytics, attribution
- modeling, and audience insights.
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices, BI tooling ecosystems, and how to
- translate complex datasets into intuitive, actionable analytics experiences.
- Strong execution background with a record of shipping analytics or reporting products that
- serve multiple stakeholder groups across media, strategy, and client service functions.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability
- to influence across engineering, data, and business teams globally.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Compensation Range: USD $135,375.00 - USD $216,684.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
