What you’ll own
- Identifying and shaping AI, automation, and data-led opportunities that address business problems, improve customer outcomes, and support product strategy.
- Translating strategic priorities into clear use cases, business requirements, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps.
- Delivering working product increments to our clients, on time, on budget, and according to agreed quality standards.
- Working with product management, technology teams, data teams, stakeholders, peers, and delivery teams to define and prioritise an AI-enabled product backlog.
- Supporting the evaluation of AI use cases, including feasibility, value potential, risks, dependencies, and operational impact.
- Engaging in Scrum rituals and ceremonies to support iterative delivery, prioritisation, and continuous improvement.
- Driving improvements in solution design, business analysis, testing, adoption, and measurement activities.
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure AI-enabled solutions are practical, scalable, responsible, and aligned to business goals.

What you’ll bring
- Understanding of AI, automation, analytics, and data-driven solutions, with the ability to translate concepts into business value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable plans.
- Knowledge of financial services, fintech, or payments, including core commercial, operational, and customer metrics.
- Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and business analysis techniques.
- Ability to work with product, technology, data, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize work, and support delivery.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science, data science, information systems, or equivalent experience. It’s a bonus if you have
- Experience supporting AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with responsible AI, model governance, data privacy, or risk management principles.
- Experience working with data teams, engineers, product managers, or AI/ML specialists to deliver technology-enabled change.
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Power BI, Python, Jira, Azure, Copilot, or similar analytics and delivery platforms.
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or another regulated environment.

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is
$79,400.00-$116,975.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
