CTG is seeking a highly strategic AI Strategy / Enterprise Strategy Consultant to partner with executive leadership in driving enterprise transformation initiatives powered by AI, data, and emerging technologies.
This role will focus on developing AI-driven business strategies, evaluating frontier AI technologies and platforms, and helping organizations modernize operations, productivity, analytics, and digital business models.
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 6 months with possibility for extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with CEO and C-suite executives to develop and execute enterprise AI and digital transformation strategies.
- Lead strategic analysis and hypothesis-driven planning to identify AI-enabled growth and innovation opportunities.
- Evaluate frontier AI models, LLMs, SaaS/PaaS platforms, and enterprise AI tools.
- Define AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.
- Identify and prioritize enterprise AI use cases across productivity, analytics, automation, and content management.
- Advise on data modernization strategies, lakehouse architectures, and enterprise content management readiness.
- Support executive workshops, strategic planning sessions, and business case development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to deliver transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise strategy, management consulting, digital transformation, or AI strategy consulting.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI adoption and emerging technology trends.
- Experience supporting large-scale strategic transformation initiatives.
- Consulting background is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
