Job Location: Hybrid – Washington, DC
Role Summary
This role focuses on building Responsible AI-driven applications using Azure, Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows. The developer will design and implement scalable, ethical, and intelligent solutions that streamline business processes and enhance decision-making.
Scope Of Work & Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered front-end and back-end solutions using Python, React, and Azure services.
- Integrate Agentic AI workflows, LLMs, GenAI models, and Copilot-enabled development experiences.
- Implement Responsible AI practices addressing fairness, transparency, governance, and compliance.
- Architect cloud-native microservices using Azure-native services and DevOps pipelines.
- Build responsive and intuitive GenAI-enabled user interfaces.
- Integrate AI-driven analytics and BI capabilities to deliver actionable insights.
- Develop secure API gateways and orchestration layers for AI and data integration.
- Monitor and refine AI solutions for performance, security, and ethical compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver prioritized backlog items.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack AI application development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML integration patterns.
- Advanced experience with React and modern UI frameworks.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Azure services (Azure OpenAI, Functions, DevOps, Storage, Service Bus).
- Demonstrated experience with Responsible AI principles and governance.
- Hands-on work with LLMs, GenAI frameworks, and Copilot tools.
- Experience with CI/CD, API design, and cloud-native architectures.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and version control tools.
- Knowledge of Angular, .NET, RESTful microservices, Azure Full Stack, and Pega is a plus.
