RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce client is looking for a Alteryx Developer for a contract to hire opportunity to work on-site 2x week in their Short Hills, NJ location. Alteryx Developer to work with team focused on finance process automation, workflow optimization, and AI-driven transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who combines strong Alteryx expertise with a solid accounting or finance background.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the Alteryx Developer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the organization
* Support and enhance approximately 120 existing Alteryx workflows while developing new automation solutions
* Partner with Finance SMEs to identify automation opportunities and translate business challenges into technical solutions
* Drive process improvements across finance operations, reporting, reconciliations, and ledger-related initiatives
* Identify and implement new GenAI and Copilot use cases to improve productivity and streamline financial processes
* Work closely with business stakeholders to define problem statements, design solutions, and build automated workflows
REQUIREMENTS:
* Advanced Alteryx experience
* SQL experience for data connections, data extraction, and reporting
* Microsoft 365 experience
* Microsoft Copilot or other Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) experience
* Strong Excel skills
Preferred:
* Power BI experience
* Crystal Reports experience
Finance Experience/Knowledge:
* General Ledger (GL)
* Reinsurance data
* Ledger implementation projects
* Financial controls and reconciliation processes
* Finance transformation initiatives
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
