Accountabilities:
You will lead the full implementation lifecycle for enterprise banking clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, clear scope definition, and successful deployment of AI-driven workflows across business units. You will act as the primary point of contact for transformation initiatives and ensure alignment between technical execution and customer expectations. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end onboarding and implementation programs, ensuring timelines, scope, and success criteria are clearly defined and met
- Conducting discovery sessions with clients to map workflows, identify use cases, and surface integration requirements across legacy systems
- Creating detailed product scoping documents, implementation plans, and AI workflow blueprints to guide delivery teams
- Engaging executive stakeholders at financial institutions to communicate ROI, adoption progress, and transformation outcomes
- Collaborating closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
- Continuously refining onboarding and implementation methodologies to improve scalability and repeatability
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of product thinking, consulting rigor, and hands-on implementation experience within complex enterprise environments. You are comfortable operating in ambiguous, technical, and client-facing contexts. Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, implementation, consulting, or enterprise onboarding roles, ideally involving AI or workflow automation products
- Direct experience within banking or credit union environments in the United States is highly preferred
- Strong expertise in workflow mapping, systems analysis, and translating business requirements into product or technical specifications
- Proven ability to lead discussions with senior executives and stakeholders in large financial organizations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex AI and technical concepts into business value
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently in a fast-moving startup environment
