This is a senior IC role focused on execution excellence, technical judgment, and shipping robust AI systems aligned to a defined roadmap.

Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and maintain agentic AI workflows across their full lifecycle, from rapid prototyping to production-grade deployment and monitoring.
- Develop generative media pipelines for video, audio, captions, thumbnails, and content repurposing using modern AI tooling and model APIs.
- Create internal AI tools, dashboards, and retrieval systems that enable non-technical teams to directly interact with AI-powered workflows.
- Implement evaluation, observability, cost optimization, and failure recovery systems for all deployed AI pipelines.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant AI system integration.
- Translate operational and creative team needs into measurable technical solutions, ensuring adoption, documentation, and ownership.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of production software engineering experience with strong skills in Python, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure, plus the ability to ship lightweight frontend tools.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building production agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, or custom orchestration.
- Strong understanding of RAG systems (including multimodal), prompt engineering, evaluation methods, and LLM-based application design.
- Ability to design robust tool interfaces (including schemas, state management, and integrations such as MCP-style systems).
- Proven experience building internal tools and systems adopted by non-technical users in collaborative environments with creative stakeholders.
- Strong ability to operate in ambiguity, prototype quickly, and deliver production-ready systems without fully defined specifications.
- Preferred: experience with generative media tools (e.g., ComfyUI, Fal) and media production workflows in video or content-heavy environments.
