We turn structured and unstructured clinical trial data into decision grade intelligence used in high stakes pharma decisions.
We are hiring an AI Engineer. Not a traditional AI role. Not a traditional software role. Not a traditional customer facing role.
But all three! ML Engineer + Full Stack Engineer + Forward Deployed Engineer in one.
You will move between data, models, product, and customers. And learn more than you have in any other role. One day you may be building a data pipeline. The next day you may be improving model performance. The next day you may be sitting with a pharma team understanding how critical decisions are actually made.
You will:
• Acquire, structure, label, and curate clinical trial data
• Build databases, data pipelines, machine learning models, and AI agents
• Develop product features end to end, from backend systems to user interface
• Work directly with pharma customers, understand workflows, gather feedback, and deploy solutions
• Ship improvements rapidly and see the impact of your work on patient lives through better medicines and better decisions in drug development
We are looking for builders who have already built and deployed real world systems.
We care far more about shipped systems than research papers. This is not for a researcher joining a lab. This is for a builder joining a shop.
