At AXCE, building enterprise applications and building AI agents are the same job. You'll work across both.
What you'll do
- Design and build cloud-native applications and backend services on AWS
- Architect and implement AI Agent solutions for enterprise clients
- Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI) as your primary development multiplier
- Translate client requirements into architecture and working software
- Contribute to reference architectures, solution templates, and internal tooling
What we're looking for
- Florida resident (role is hybrid — occasional in-office presence in Tampa required)
- Strong foundation in at least one modern programming language (TypeScript, Python, C#, Java, Go)
- Genuine curiosity about AWS and cloud architecture (certifications a plus, not required)
- Hands-on experience with at least one AI coding tool (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar)
- Comfortable with Git, basic CI/CD and modern DevOps processes
- Fast learner who wants to own things, not just complete tickets
Recent CS or software engineering graduates are welcome. If you're a final-year student who can commit full-time with flexible hours — we've seen that work.
Nice to have: IaC (Terraform, CDK), exposure to LLMs or agent frameworks, enterprise data concepts.
