What You'll Do
Advance the planning and reasoning capabilities of the end-to-end driving policy model through cutting-edge reinforcement learning (RL) methodsResearch and develop novel RL algorithms to achieve superhuman safety levelsScale up RL data pipelines for collection and high-quality labelingHave an outsized impact by shipping your models to millions of Tesla vehicles worldwide

Expected Compensation
$176,000 - $420,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
