The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:
- Act as a proactive, partner to Engineering and Product Management team, anticipating product needs to shape roadmaps and guide decision-making.
- Manage business questions by applying advanced statistical methodologies. Continually push boundaries by designing and implementing novel analysis techniques and trailblazing analytical frameworks.
- Design and establish advanced metrics to measure product health, setting new measurement standards for GenAI ecosystems.
- Design and execute launch evaluations and experimentation frameworks, ensuring high-quality, data-driven feature rollouts.
