What You'll Be Working On
You'll be at the heart of the organisation's AI function, building and deploying intelligent systems across healthcare data environments. From designing agentic AI pipelines to integrating with EHR/EMR systems, this is a role where your work truly matters.
What We're Looking For
- Agentic AI - experience building custom agents using open-source frameworks (LLaMA, LlamaIndex) without vendor dependency
- RAG Models - strong hands-on experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines
- EHR/EMR Integration - solid knowledge of HL7 and FHIR standards and clinical data exchange
- Healthcare Automation - experience automating workflows within regulated healthcare environments
- Compliance - working knowledge of HIPAA and/or GDPR data governance requirements
- 5–7 years of AI/ML engineering experience
