Role : User Study Research Proctor
Location: Location - Cupertino, CA. All 5 days working from Apple Lab (No Hybrid)
Type - FTE only
Must-have: Proctor research experience, prior 6-month tenure working with Apple Black or Ultra Products
Preferred: Human Factors background
Tasks performed:
- Plan & Execute Research —Implement, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user studies to evaluate the fit and comfort of wearable products
- Develop Protocols — Contribute to the creation of new study protocols and facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvals
- Collect Data — Perform data collection and conduct foundational analysis to surface meaningful patterns and insights from study results
- Uphold Data Quality — Apply careful attention to detail throughout each study to maintain high standards of data quality and flag any anomalies or inconsistencies in a timely manner
- Communicate Findings — Deliver clear, concise, and timely feedback and learnings to teams and key stakeholders
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally — Partner closely with cross-functional team members to deploy, run, and summarize research studies effectively
