Analytics Engineer or Data Scientist

I’m working with a high‑performance life sciences analytics firm that designs and builds production data platforms, advanced analytics systems, and AI‑enabled decision tools used by global pharma teams.
This is a true end‑to‑end role — not reporting, not slide‑ware.
What you’ll work on
- Building governed enterprise data foundations
- Developing applied analytics and ML‑driven decision systems
- Shipping production‑grade data products used by commercial & medical teams
- Owning end to end workstreams and operating directly with senior clients
Your two mentors here have a PhD and a Masters in Computer Science from MIT followed by 10+ years of cutting edge industry experience. The development opportunity is very real!
Who this is for
- 2–5 years’ experience in analytics engineering, data, DS or analytics
- Strong Python + SQL and real production build stories
- Comfortable moving across data → analytics → light ML
- Calm, precise communicator in client‑facing settings
- Computer Science background strongly preferred
- Mindset trumps everything - you need ot be motivated to develop yourself and own things, challenge yourself. Hugely impactful role with immense development opportunities
Tech Databricks / Snowflake / Redshift (platform‑agnostic mindset)
Comp 💰 $120k–$170k base + bonus
