What you’ll be doing:
You will play a crucial role in crafting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud processes to elevate NVIDIA's service management and optimize sales operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Crafting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud processes to improve NVIDIA's service management and sales operations.
Configuring and customizing Salesforce interfaces and Customer Communities based on business requirements.
Crafting integrations between Salesforce and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow.
Redesigning and improving existing operational processes as the organization evolves, bringing to bear AI-powered solutions to drive efficiency and scalability.
Leading the implementation of technology-based capabilities, including customer-facing and internal agents, to enhance user experience, automate workflows, and improve decision-making.
Finding opportunities to incorporate AI automations into service and RMA processes, improving response times, accuracy, and overall operational performance.
Owning systems roll-out and organizational change, including new process definition, training, launch, and adoption.
Understanding and translating business needs into requirements for solution development.
Crafting and maintaining detailed documentation, including process workflows and system diagrams.
Collaborating with business teams and development to deliver innovative solutions.
What we need to see:
5+ years of proven experience as an SFDC System Analyst with advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its implementation tools.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Experience in configuring, and applying Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Communities), and linking with third-party applications.
Experience working with Salesforce Asset Management, Warranty Management, and Entitlement Management.
A self-motivated individual with a strong track record of working independently and driving new initiatives.
Experience collaborating with application developers, SFDC, SAP, and offshore teams to provide end-to-end solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Relevant certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator.
