This role sits at the heart of a rapidly evolving AI-driven product ecosystem, where you will define and scale next-generation AI-powered customer experiences and internal automation platforms. You will own the strategy and execution of systems built on large language models, AI agents, and internal APIs that power intelligent, automated interactions across customer support and operations. The position requires a strong blend of product leadership, technical fluency, and hands-on engagement with modern AI systems. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and applied AI, shaping how intelligent automation is designed, evaluated, and deployed at scale. Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for AI-powered customer experiences and internal AI platform capabilities
- Define and own the roadmap for AI agents, LLM-based systems, and automation workflows across customer and operational use cases
- Partner with engineering and prompt engineering teams to design AI architectures, prompt strategies, evaluation systems, and safety guardrails
- Drive key product metrics such as automation rate, response quality, customer satisfaction, and escalation efficiency through data-driven experimentation
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, including new LLMs, voice models, and agent-based systems, into production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish AI best practices, platform standards, and scalable product frameworks
- Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex AI concepts into clear business outcomes
- Work directly with external AI partners to assess new capabilities and identify opportunities for product innovation
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in product management, technical product roles, consulting, data analytics, or operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical fluency with AI systems, APIs, system design, or platform architecture
- Hands-on interest in AI/LLMs, with demonstrated curiosity and experimentation with emerging AI tools and models
- Ability to engage in technical discussions around prompt engineering, system architecture, and AI evaluation frameworks
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience using SQL or similar tools to analyze performance and support decision-making
- Proven ability to define metrics, drive experimentation, and improve product performance through iteration
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business insights
- Strong systems thinking and ability to operate across complex, interconnected product environments
- Self-driven, highly curious, and comfortable taking ownership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
