As a Senior Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Administrator, you will play a key role in managing our CLM systems. You will also be involved in crafting the future of our contract management processes. What you'll be doing:
Serve as the CLM systems administrator, managing platform configuration, user provisioning, roles and permissions, workflows, templates, clause libraries, and playbooks to meet evolving business needs.
Build and maintain electronic intake forms (eForms) and approval workflows to ensure contract requests are routed to the right collaborators with accurate data.
Partner with business users to translate needs into technical requirements for system build, ongoing improvements, and iterative refinement.
Develop and maintain integrations between the CLM platform and adjacent systems such as CRM, ERP, procurement, e-signature, and document management using REST APIs, middleware, webhooks, and native connectors.
Maintain governance of solutions, drive standard methodologies across business divisions, and serve as a liaison between business and IT.
Support implementation cycles, UAT testing, and platform upgrades, and guide master data and taxonomy for migrations.
Provide dashboards, reports, and insights for critical metrics, contract status, compliance, and risk management.
Train power users, develop enablement materials, and promote user adoption and effective usage across the organization.
Evaluate and implement AI-powered platform features to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
What we need to see:
12+ years of proven functional/technical experience, including experience with enterprise CLM platform implementation, administration, or support.
3+ years of project management and process analyst experience, with proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Working proficiency with REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, and integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
Relevant CLM platform certifications or training.
Demonstrated ability to build meaningful reports and dashboards that drive operational decisions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Extensive administration experience with preferred CLM platforms, including advanced workflow development and API integrations.
Experience with CLM platform migrations or large-scale implementations.
Familiarity with e-signature platforms and hands-on experience with contract AI/analytics features.
Scripting or automation skills (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell) for data migration and custom tooling.
Experience in highly regulated industries or environments with complex compliance requirements.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 176,000 USD - 276,000 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
