About the Role 👋
Working on production conversational AI systems, building and improving the models and decision-making layer behind AI agents used across voice, chat, and other channels.
What You’ll Be Doing ⚙️
• Building and improving LLM-powered systems (prompting, retrieval, memory, orchestration)
• Taking models from research → production, focused on real-world performance
• Designing training, evaluation, and optimisation pipelines
• Improving agent reliability, accuracy, and long-context reasoning
• Working closely with product and platform teams to ship improvements
What They’re Looking For 🧠
• 5+ years in ML / AI engineering or applied research
• Experience deploying LLMs in production
• Strong Python and modern ML tooling (training, eval, pipelines)
• Track record of taking ideas from prototype → real impact
• Product-minded — focused on outcomes, not just research
