Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Automation Intern based in Palo Alto, CA. The AI Automation Intern will be responsible for developing and optimizing automation processes, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring the quality of automation outputs. The day-to-day tasks will include implementing process automation, creating test cases, conducting quality assurance checks, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, as well as a passion for new technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience with Process Automation and automation platforms
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Ability to develop and execute Test Cases to ensure robust and error-free processes
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and testing methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- A degree or active enrollment in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
