Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience and advanced expertise in building intelligent systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and modern AI techniques including Generative AI. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions that drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced AI/ML models for real-world business problems.
- Build and deploy scalable AI systems and services in production environments.
- Work on deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or Generative AI use cases.
- Develop and optimize model pipelines including data preprocessing, training, and evaluation.
- Implement and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer-based architectures.
- Apply prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product teams.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or related domain.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or speech models.
- Knowledge of transformer models and LLMs.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and system integration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Advanced/Preferred Skills
- Experience with Generative AI, including GPT, LLaMA, or similar models.
- Expertise in prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to scalable distributed systems and big data technologies.
