About the Role:
We’re hiring a Senior AI / Automation Engineer to build the next generation of AI-first, AI-native industrial products. This is not a typical “add AI to an app” role—you’ll work across the stack to embed intelligence directly into systems, products, and workflows.
You’ll design and implement agent-driven architectures, develop co-pilot-style capabilities, and bring AI into real-world industrial environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Build AI-native applications from the ground up
- Integrate agent frameworks into product suites and workflows
- Develop co-pilot features that enhance user productivity and decision-making
- Work across system layers (not just front-end or API integrations)
- Rapidly prototype and adapt solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and apply them in production
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience building and deploying AI systems
- Deep understanding of agent-based architectures and frameworks
- Experience integrating AI beyond the application layer (systems, infrastructure, workflows)
- Proven ability to build or contribute to AI-first products
Industry / Domain Experience:
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or automation environments
- Familiarity with:
- PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
- HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces)
- Ability to apply AI in real-world operational settings
Mindset & Approach:
- Highly adaptable and comfortable solving ambiguous problems
- Thrives in a fast-paced, product-focused environment
- Strong curiosity and commitment to staying current with AI advancements
- Practical, hands-on builder with a track record of shipping real systems
