We are looking for a highly agentic ML / AI Engineer Intern to work closely with the founder and help build the core intelligence layer of the product.
About the role
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build at the intersection of AI, human behavior, and consumer products. You will work directly with the founder to design and ship early AI systems that power how people are understood, matched, and brought into real-world experiences.
What you’ll work on
• Build AI agents and workflows using LLMs and modern tooling
• Develop voice-based input systems and work with voice AI agents
• Design and experiment with matching and recommendation algorithms
• Translate unstructured user input (voice/text) into structured signals
• Prototype coordination systems that help organize real-world experiences
• Rapidly build, test, and iterate on product features from 0 to 1
• Collaborate closely on product, user experience, and personalization
Who we’re looking for
• Highly agentic and self-directed builder who takes ownership
• Strong interest or experience in machine learning, AI systems, or applied ML
• Experience building AI agents, LLM-based applications, or workflows
• Familiarity with voice AI, speech-to-text, or conversational systems
• Interest in matching systems, recommendation engines, or personalization
• Strong product intuition and interest in consumer products
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving quickly
• Curious about human behavior, connection, and social dynamics
Preferred
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, or full-stack development
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or retrieval systems
• Prior projects involving AI agents, voice interfaces, or recommendation systems
